All DearDrop videos are made-to-order, personalised digital products. Once your video has been rendered and delivered, it cannot be resold to anyone else — so we cannot offer refunds on completed renders.
We will always re-make your video free of charge if:
- the name or message in your video doesn't match what you typed,
- your file is corrupted or won't play,
- you received the wrong watermark tier (e.g. a SAMPLE watermark on a paid Clean order).
Contact hello@dailycoupledoodles.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll re-render it right away. Free samples are for trying the product and are not eligible for re-renders or refunds.
